The upgrade path
Your free listing has one upgrade available. For $5, you can promote it to a full launch—the same investment as starting a paid launch from the beginning. Pricing is in US dollars, with VAT added where applicable. You'll receive an invoice as you would for any launch.
What opens when you pay
Upgrading transforms your listing into a paid launch:
- All profile sections become visible: founder story, milestones and demo video.
- Your website link becomes a dofollow link.
- The Seen Here First badge is no longer required on your website.
- If your listing was held pending the badge or your founder profile, it goes live immediately or in the week you select.
Your accumulated votes, all reviews, and your page address remain unchanged. Votes are never purchased.
Choosing your live week
If your listing hasn't launched yet, the upgrade card lets you select any week from the available options at no extra cost. Choose 'this week' for immediate launch, or pick a later date. If your listing is already live, it simply continues.
How to purchase
Sign in and navigate to /account/listings. Next to your free listing, select 'Upgrades and extras'. The 'Upgrade to a full launch' card appears first. Press the button and proceed through checkout as usual.
