What are profile sections and locked features?

Free listings display four sections as locked; paid launches unlock them all, along with a dofollow website link.

The four sections on your profile

Every listing can hold a founder story, milestones, demo video, and a website link. On a paid launch ($5), all four sections appear open to visitors. On a free listing, they show as locked.

What locked means

When a section displays as locked on your free listing, the information you have already entered there is preserved. It remains stored in your account. The moment you upgrade to a paid launch, that content becomes visible to visitors—nothing needs re-entering.

In addition, a free listing's website link is nofollow; upgrading converts it to dofollow.

What appears on every listing

Regardless of tier, your name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs, social links, logo, homepage screenshot, your own screenshots and comparisons are always shown. You can edit these at any time from /account/listings.

How to unlock sections

To move from a free listing to a paid launch, sign in to your account. Navigate to /account/listings, locate your listing, and choose 'Upgrades and extras' beside it. From there, you can complete your upgrade.
