What it is

Hedra builds models that generate, perceive, and predict the visual world. The company operates as both a research lab studying visual models and their capabilities, and an inference platform serving open-source and proprietary models at production scale. Hedra offers Studio for teams creating with visual models, and a Developer API for developers building on top of them. The platform provides access to video, image, audio, and vision-language models, along with accelerated compute infrastructure and a sovereign diffusion stack for managed inference.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

Upon cancelling Hedra, you will lose access to most functionality of the platform, apart from limited watermarked generations. You'll need to resubscribe to use any non-expiring credits remaining on your account.

What costs credits on Hedra?

Credits are the unit of work for paid features like media generation — video, image, and audio — across the models available on the platform. Hedra is an inference platform providing access to visual models and large language models.

How are credits deducted for video generation?

Credits are deducted based on the generated video length. For example, if you generate a 10 second video with Character-3, you'll only be charged for 10 seconds of video and not for a full minute.

Do credits roll over to the following month?

Credits from your monthly subscription do not carry over between billing cycles. At the start of each cycle, your monthly credits will reset to your plan's designated amount. Any credits from credit pack purchases, however, will not expire.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you use up your monthly credits, you can get additional credits either by upgrading your plan or by purchasing credit packs. Credits from credit packs will only be used after your monthly plan credits are depleted, and unused credits from credit packs will not expire between billing cycles.
