Refunds, take-downs and your rights
No refunds, with one exception: a take-down by our own decision or mistake is refunded in full. A take-down for breaking the rules is not.

What the terms say
A paid purchase is not refunded, as set out in the terms. Your rights under consumer law still apply.
Taken down by us
Our staff choose the reason for every take-down, and the refund follows from it. When the take-down is our own decision or a mistake on our side, you get everything you paid for the listing back automatically, to the original payment method, and a credit note. If the listing broke the terms or the acceptable use policy, there is no refund, full or partial - for the listing, a listing from a multi-site purchase, or the add-ons bought for it. What was paid for comes off the site, and you are informed.
Bundles, crypto
With a multi-site purchase, a take-down by our decision on one site refunds that site's share only; the other listings stay up. A crypto refund is sent by hand to the wallet address you give us.
Chargebacks
Disputed payments put the order's purchases on hold (taken down) until the dispute ends; a result in our favour lets us restore them.
Small print
An order refunded in full no longer counts against a 'first order only' code. A refunded Featured order loses only its own days - a second Featured order on the listing keeps all of its days. The dates of a refunded sponsorship are put back on sale.
