Where do I enter a promo code or gift?
How to apply discount codes, claim free products and reduced-price offers, and what they reduce.

Applying a promo code
If you have a code, visit /cart and enter it under 'Have a code?', then press 'Apply code'. The discount appears in your cart and at checkout. You can remove it in the cart if you change your mind.
Codes work as either a percentage or a fixed amount, deducted from the price before VAT. VAT is then calculated on the discounted price where it applies.
- Some codes apply only to certain products, have a limit on uses, or expire on a set date. Your cart will tell you if a code does not work with what you have chosen.
- Billboard contributions cannot be discounted; they are ranked by the amount contributed.
- A code cannot be combined with a gift or offer. If an item already has one, it receives no additional discount.
Using a gift or offer
Our team can send you a product free or at a reduced price. You will receive an email with a link; the item also appears at /account/gifts when you sign in with that email address.
A free gift is added to the listing of your choice using 'Use it on' and functions as a purchase would. A reduced-price offer proceeds through the normal cart and checkout at your designated price, plus VAT where due.
Some gifts carry an expiry date shown beside them. If you do not yet have a listing, add your product at /submit first, then return to claim the gift.
Questions people ask
- What does a code reduce?
- A code is a percentage or fixed amount taken from the item price before VAT is worked out. Billboard contributions cannot be discounted. A code cannot combine with a gift or existing offer on the same item.
- Can I use a code with a gift?
- No. An item that already has a gift or offer applied receives no further discount from a code.
- How do I claim a free gift or offer?
- You will receive an email with a link. Once you sign in at /account/gifts with that email, the item appears there. For a free gift, choose your listing with 'Use it on'. For a reduced-price offer, proceed to checkout at your discounted price plus VAT.
