Neil Lock
Co-founder and developer, United Kingdom · Software
Joined October 2026
Neil Lock is the developer of this site and one of its co-founders. He designed it, built it and wrote every system that runs behind it. Software, search and hosting have been his work for more than 25 years in technology. That interest goes back to childhood and the computers on the family farm: the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum. Zinn Digital®, an AI-first hosting and SEO platform, and PBN LTD, an AI hosting platform for SEOs, were both founded by him. He also co-founded Zinn Hub, a freelance marketplace for digital services, with Natalie Lock, his partner in life and in business; he leads it as CEO and builds much of the platform himself.
