How do I claim and verify my listing?
Take ownership of your product listing and earn the Verified badge by proving domain control.

Claiming your listing
Begin by opening the listing for your company and selecting "Claim", or navigate directly to /claim/<listing>. You'll be asked to prove you control the company's domain using one of four methods.
Verification methods
Choose the approach that suits you:
- Receive an email at your company domain with a secret link to confirm
- Add a DNS TXT record to your root domain
- Place a meta tag on your homepage
- Upload a small verification file to your website
Verification codes remain valid for 14 days. Should yours expire, you can restart the process at any point.
What verification means
Once verified, you become the listing's owner if it was previously unclaimed. You'll gain the ability to edit all details and display the Verified badge alongside your entry. The badge signals that you control the company's domain—a distinction that remains separate from any paid placement or voting activity. Verification cannot be transferred or sold.

- What happens if my verification code expires?
- Start the claiming process again. Verification codes last 14 days, so begin when you're ready to complete it.
- Is the Verified badge the same as paid placement?
- No. Verification only confirms you control the domain. It is entirely separate from any paid features, placement options or vote counts.
