Choose your channel and rhythm
Visit /account/notifications to shape how the gallery speaks to you. For each notice type, select your preferred channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. Telegram and Slack integrate with your own bot or webhook.
Then set the frequency that suits you—Instant alerts as they occur, a Daily digest, a Weekly digest, or Off entirely. If you choose a chat channel, optional quiet hours will silence notifications during your preferred window.
Notices we always send
Some alerts cannot be switched off, as they protect your account and transactions. These required notices are:
- Transaction receipts and refunds
- Payment issues and disputes
- Your listing held for review against your founder profile
- Changes to your listing status
- Missing verification badges
- Security alerts: new device sign-ins, email changes, and similar account access events
Unsubscribe from individual notice types
Each notification email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it to turn off that particular kind of notice without visiting your settings—though you cannot unsubscribe from the required alerts listed above.
Questions people ask
- Can I receive notifications on Slack or Telegram instead of email?
- Yes. At /account/notifications, select Telegram or Slack for any notice type. You'll integrate your own bot or webhook to receive alerts through that channel.
- Which notifications can I turn off?
- Most notice types are optional. However, receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, listing status changes, badge alerts and security notices (such as new device sign-ins) cannot be disabled—they're sent to protect your account.
- How do I stop receiving one kind of notification?
- Open /account/notifications and set that notice type to Off, or click the unsubscribe link in any notification email for that category. Some notices, like payment alerts, cannot be turned off.
