How to complete your founder profile
What your founder profile requires, and how it affects when your listing goes live.

Building your profile
Your founder profile at /account/founder is the portrait behind each product you launch. It needs a photograph (with a single-line caption), your full name, your title or role, your country, and a short biography of at least 80 characters. You must also add at least one personal link—your own website or a personal social profile, not a company page. Your city and a founder story link are optional additions.
Free listings and the waiting state
A free listing appears only when two conditions are met: our badge is verified on your website, and your founder profile is complete. Until then, it enters a waiting state—not lost, but held. The moment you finish what's missing, it releases automatically. If the scheduled queue week has passed, your listing goes live in the next free-queue week, and we notify you.
Paid launches and other options
Paid launches go live immediately, or in your chosen week, regardless of profile completion. Relaunches, the multi-site bundle, done-for-you listings, and free listings upgraded to paid launches follow the same rule. We encourage you to finish your profile, since it appears on your listing, but it is not required to go live.
Adding co-founders
Invite co-founders through the Team section at /account/founder. Each appears on your product once their own profile is complete.
Questions people ask
- Why is my free listing waiting to go live?
- A free listing waits until both our badge is verified on your website and your founder profile is finished. Paid launches go live without these requirements.
- What happens if my queue week passes while my profile is incomplete?
- Your free listing releases in the next available free-queue week, and we'll let you know when that occurs.
- Do co-founders need their own profiles?
- Yes. Each co-founder must complete their own profile before appearing on your product listing.
