Upload and manage your logo and homepage screenshot

Add a logo to your listing, choose how your homepage appears, and manage these images across all your company's listings.

Updated

The visual heart of your listing

Your logo and homepage screenshot form the first impression visitors have of your company on Seen Here First. Both live in the listing editor, which you reach by signing in, opening /account/listings and pressing 'Edit' next to your listing. Changes appear immediately on a published listing; on a draft, they remain until you submit.

Your logo

You control this image entirely. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file at any time, and we will resize large images and strip hidden data from the file. If you choose 'Fetch again', we pull the logo directly from your own website instead. Delete it, and your listing shows your initials in its place.

We never replace a logo you have uploaded with one fetched from your website. Add a short text description of the logo so that people using screen readers can understand it.

Your homepage screenshot

We capture your homepage automatically and display it on your listing. If the automatic version does not serve you well, upload your own screenshot instead. Your image will never be replaced by an automatic one. To revert to an automatic screenshot, select 'Regenerate automatic screenshot'.

If we could not photograph your homepage, the box will say so and invite you to upload an image yourself.

Across multiple listings

Your logo and homepage screenshot belong to your company, not to a single listing. A change you make here will appear on every site where your company is listed.

Questions people ask

Can I use my own screenshot instead of the automatic one?
Yes. Upload your own image in the screenshot box, and it will replace the automatic version. You can switch back to an automatic screenshot at any time.
What happens to my logo if I upload a new one?
The new logo replaces the old one. We never fetch a logo from your website automatically if you have already uploaded one yourself.
Will changes to my logo show on other sites?
Yes. Your logo and screenshot are company-wide, so any change you make will appear on every listing where your company appears.
